I’ve recently passed the midway point with my roughs, and while the writing has slowed down somewhat since then, I’m still on time for a release date of the podcast for June 30. I want to have a suitable backlog before going live, because I know how life can be, and I want to be able to maintain weekly updates.

The week after launch, I will be announcing Phase 2 at DexCon, in Morristown, New Jersey. If you want to talk to me about your thoughts on the project, that would be a perfect time to do so. I’d love to hear from all of my listeners!

During the writing that I’ve done so far, the outline has shifted somewhat. Originally, the story had blinkers on to the rest of the city, but over the course of developing the scripts, the city has opened up further. More characters, and more hooks, have appeared, and those characters and situations will develop even further in the future seasons of the Tales.

But for now, I have more scripts to write for season 1!

 

Today, I am officially announcing the Efficiantum Project.

Those that have followed my social media recently have noticed me giving daily updates about a podcast that I’m working on. However, that podcast is only part of a larger, multimedia project. The podcast is the current focus and until it is finished, the other parts remain on the backburner.

The podcast explores the life of an ordinary individual within the city of Efficiantum as he is suddenly plunged into a world of mystery beyond his understanding. Through his eyes, we see the city for the very first time, and are exposed to some of its first mysteries.

Once the podcast, now known as Tales of Efficianatum, is launched, then I will reveal Phase 2 of the project. Phases 3 and 4 will be formally announced at a later date.
