Criminal Dossier: Jasper

Age: 19

Height: 5’1”

Status: Revolutionary

Crimes: Drug Manufacturing, Possession of Illegal Knowledge, Spread of Revolutionary Propaganda

Other Notes: Jasper is one of the most brilliant independent chemists currently in operation. While most of her competitors focus on reproducing illegal chemicals for a quick profit, Jasper has turned her profits into expanding her capital. In addition, she has proven capable of devising new chemicals, with relatively low levels of side effects. While her intellect and rebellious nature make her a problematic presence in the Revolutionary scene, it is suspected that as she ages she will be more interested in the comforts offered by the Corp lifestyle. She is currently allowed to continue her operations and hone her talents, so she can contribute more to Corp recruiters.

Personnel Dossier: Sam Westhall

Employer: Efficiantum StreetCleaning

Age: 31

Height: 5’11”

Status: Agent

Other Notes: Sam is a promising young Agent, despite being placed within a failing Corp. They demonstrate their capability in managing the affairs of the Corp. While their duties are largely above board, they have participated in a number of clandestine operations to sabotage the work of their competitors. They have also worked to gather information, and have access to a number of sources within the illicit world that have proven useful in the past. It is expected that whether or not Efficiantum StreetCleaning shutters operations, that they will be leaving the Corp behind for more lucrative work.

Corp Report: Efficiantum StreetCleaning

Area of Function: Sanitation

Number of Personnel: Approximately 200

Overview: Efficiantum StreetCleaning was once the most successful public cleaning Corp. But over the course of its operations, it has slowly been losing its share of its industry. A major loss came when the Corp invested heavily into experimental technologies, technologies that have thus far yielded no known results.

Despite its reduced influence and size, Efficiantum StreetCleaning has proven remarkably resilient to being bought out by its competitors. While its services have reduced in quality with its reduction in size, it nevertheless is able to remain solvent. Close investigation of its finances suggest that this continued operation are unlikely to be able to last indefinitely. Eventually, they will be forced to shutter their operations and lose their assets to more aggressive competitors.

Infiltration has been slow, but recently a member of the Corp has been approached to offer intelligence on the Corp’s operations. With luck, greater knowledge should be available within a few month’s time.

Criminal Dossier: Roger

Age: 26

Height: 6’3”

Status: Underground

Crimes: Drug Use, Unemployment, Assault and Battery

Other Notes: Roger leads a small gang of malcontented youths. While his gang represents no larger threat to the city, he himself is known for engaging in violent activity, mostly in terms of intimidating rivals. While his organization lacks the manpower or materiel to be a threat, he is still a target worthy of observation. His active but volatile nature means that he might soon be a target for recruitment by a more dangerous organization, and if so he might prove a weak link allowing for greater infiltration of a more threatening group.

Corp Report: City Hall

Area of Function: Law Enforcement and Law Creation

Number of Personnel: Approximately 6,000

Overview: City Hall is the cornerstone of Efficiantum. Without its presence and its guidance, the city would fall into chaos. It alone of all the Corps keeps to the principles of the Foundation Charter, and it alone has the strength to enforce its edicts. While its personnel count is small, every employee of City Hall is empowered to carry lethal weaponry, and is able to make arrests of those found in violation of the city’s laws.

In addition, the Hunter Council and the Forthwright Plan are both loyal only to City Hall and to its High Autocrat, the Mayor. These resources assure that the power and the strength of City Hall are used precisely where they are needed, rather than wasting their energy in places where it is not necessary.

No infiltration of City Hall is necessary, all employees instead must stand for biannual loyalty tests to assure that they have not been co-opted by outside influences. City Hall also maintains a small number of off-the-books employees working for other Corps in order to help keep its information network up to date.

Personnel Report: Mayor Farshire

Employer: City Hall

Age: 63

Height: 6’2”

Status: High Autocrat

Other Notes: Mayor Farshire has ruled City Hall, and thus Efficiantum as a whole, for the last thirty years. She rose quickly through the ranks of the infiltrators and showed her skill at dealing with disloyal employees in a great purge five years before her assumption of the title of Mayor. She is known for being harsh but fair, and having a flexible mindset for dealing with the wide variety of problems facing Efficiantum.

She works in close conjunction with the Forthwright Plan, and uses the Gifted’s insight to help lead the city into a greater golden age. Despite her advancing years, her health is impeccable and she shows no signs of slowing down. If grace and fortune is with us, she will continue to lead for another two decades.
